The assumption here is that EVERYONE wants to be creating and posting videos. I'm not so sure that's true. I think more people want to do that over time but lots of people are perfectly happy with text -- or with looking at videos without creating them.
Nevertheless, the tools for faster, better performance, easier to create videos, and cheaper tools are definitely here. Many of you will want to explore them.I especially liked one called xtra-normal (www.xtra-normal.com) that helps you build avatars and scenes which you can run on your web site or blog or send to a video site (like YouTube). You ay even have one based on a photograph.

There seems to be lots of interest in making hard problems like Project Management easier. Last year there was Projectivity. This year there is Liquid Planner, supporting uncertainty, changes in priority, and input from mere mortals for team engagement.
